Payment methods
We accept
- DBS/POSB bank transfers
- UOB bank transfers
- Paypal (for international and local orders)
On Purchasing
- All orders are confirmed after invoice is sent
- Payment is to be made within 24hours after receiving a confirmation e.mail
- Dead buyers would be blacklisted from further purchases tracked down
- All payments are non-refundable and neither are items exchangeable so do confirm or ask questions before you purchase.
- Prices are fixed
Exchange/Returns
- All items shipped are double checked for defects, and any flaws are corrected before sending them out.
- Once items leaves our hand, they are not exchangeable
- Note that items are also refundable
On Handmade Crafts
- Each craft is usually limited to 2-3 pieces.
- Items labeled as sold out are seriously sold out.
- However on (very rare occasions) we might be able to get the supplies for that particular piece that you like so even if it's stated that the craft is sold out, feel free to ask if we can remake it for you again.
- Items pending are still request-able. You never know we might just have one more just for you.
- Copyright law protects all crafts and pictures of crafts from this website. No copying of any medium or crafts. We spend a lot of time designing every piece and make a living out of them.
Privacy
- All information collected is confidential and would not be disclosed.
- All emails in the mailing list would also be screened.
